The Predator Ghillie™ SPECTRALFLAGE Helmet Cover reduces the VIS (physical visual), UV, NIR and thermal signature (6µm ~ 15µm, high end of MWIR, LWIR, FIR) of the individual to help avoid being observed and/or targeted by ground-based detection, sUAS and UAS Near-Peer threats.
The Predator Ghillie™ SPECTRALFLAGE Helmet Cover uses complex, next generation engineering to accomplish the unimaginable. Utilizing thermal mitigation and spectral signature reduction of the individual war fighter against real world thermal and night vision technology while simultaneously providing a 3D visual breakup. The Predator Ghillie™ SPECTRALFLAGE Helmet Cover is another piece of the SPECTRALFLAGE camouflage system designed to reduce thermal signature around the face and head. While this system exponentially excels at outline breakup and mitigating heat signature from thermal threats, the laws of convection still apply: Increased distance between the user's body heat and the cover is better. It will help mask the physical signature regardless of its use due to the advanced VIS breakup and A-TACS® camouflage.
The Predator Ghillie™ SPECTRALFLAGE Helmet Cover is the evolution in advanced concealment for the end user. New threats on the battlefield require new solutions as advanced detection and aiming devices rapidly evolve. Designed to fit any size mid/high/fast cut helmets, secured with the use of shock cord, cord lock and one wrap allowing any user to get a proper fit regardless of size or make. Ear-pro, communications equipment, strobes, lights and NVG mounts will work with the Predator Ghillie™ SPECTRALFLAGE Helmet Cover.
To assemble this product route the included bungee through the laser cut triangles starting on one side of the SPECTRALFLAGE veil and working around the perimeter toward the back of the cover. Tighten with cord lock for a secure fit. The veil allows for critical thermal mitigation for the facial and neck region. It can be rolled up and stowed below the helmet shroud via an integrated hook and loop system.
The Predator Ghillie™ SPECTRALFLAGE Helmet Cover effectively grants the end user the most advanced head and face concealment solution primarily designed for urban, desert and open environments. Easy and fast to deploy as well as small enough to fit into a pocket or small pouch. Available in advanced A-TACS patterns. There will never be a reason to stand out when blending in matters most.
