RETURN POLICY Exchanges and returns are only permitted if there is a manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacture defect we will fix the defect and return the item. If incorrect sizing is selected we are not responsible. We are an on-demand tactical gear manufacture and do not carry an inventory or have an extensive way to handle returns. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GEAR WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION or a RMA#. WE WILL NOT BE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE LOSE OR MISPLACEMENT. We work hard to keep our turn times as low as possible. Most gear will go out between 1-3 weeks. On custom work allow 3-5 weeks. Large orders can take more time and we will try and provide an accurate estimate. During high order volume, turn times can be longer. We are knowledgeable regarding the items we manufacture and sell. It is the purchasers responsibility to verify the products purchased meet their needs, standards and provide the level or protection required with in 5 days of receiving product. A restock fee as high as 75% and a 5% transaction fee will be determined and applied if gear is returned. We are an on-demand manufacture and don't carry and inventory. Only new, unused gear may be returned. If you have questions or need more information please contact us before purchasing. EXCEPTIONS: 1) We reserve the right to charge a determined restocking fee of to cover costs, such as credit card fees, when an order is cancelled on customer's request. 2) Ceramic Rifle Plates are NOT returnable as they are vulnerable to damage if abused or improperly shipped.3) Soft armor once worn is no longer new and can not be returned.4) Any modification to the product void manufacture warranty and can not be returned. Dimension charts are provided to ensure correct size soft armor panels are ordered. We require two things from you: 1) contact us by phone or email within 15 days of delivery, to tell us what corrective action is needed, and get a Return Authorization emailed to you with shipping instructions. We need to understand how and why the product didn't work for you, and exactly what corrective action is needed, AND 2) We receive the product back in re-salable condition, within 21 days of delivery (pack rigid items with a LOT of cushioning, and ship INSURED). This return policy does NOT apply to discounted quantity orders, or Custom, Special Order, or Made-to-Order items not normally stocked. If any modification are made to the products it voids any warranty or return. If this applies to your order we will always let you know BEFORE you approve your order via email. Of course the applicable Manufacturer Warranty still applies. Refund: If a refund is issued it can take up to 4weeks. We are set up on a batch system to process at the end of the month.
