Had the small t-bag and moved it to the back the back of the PC for extra goodies. Bought the large t-bag and is the perfect size for a trauma kit. I will say the elastic TQ holder is not great so buy some separate TQ pouches as well
Works exactly as expected. Shipping was quicker than expected so thats a plus.
Only thing is im not the biggest fan of the elastic retainer at the bottom. They just tend to get worn out over time as well as only provide minimum protection & retention to the TQ. Would prefer a 1x4 section of molle in its place instead
Just a very well made and sizable dangler. Not so large it becomes an annoying flapping menace but roomy and wide enough it fits the form of my chest rig well and comfortably stashes a solid IFAK complement. Color matches perfectly all my Ranger green gear, this’ll be my go to for any future rigs.
Feels good, ample room for medical which is why i purchased it. Tourniquet band is a little tight but works. Ill put field use of it in the coming months. The things iam worried about is stitching but cant comment on that at this time.
Nice little dangler pouch that offers good space, has elastic for a tourniquet which is always good to have, as well as a zipper pocket, all adding up to a lot of space in an affordable package
What a great addition to my chest rig. Well thought out quality pouch. The zipper is easy to use and elastic on the bottom holds my tourniquet securely.
This is good to go. The construction and materials are solid and it very voluminous. I bought this for an IFAK pouch, I use the older foliage USGI insert; this pouch can fit two of those inserts fully loaded. It fits, the Parashooter Volk, Spiritus Systems, and Haley placards. They will not work with SORD SIP or MFF chest rigs. The velcro attachment piece is too long, I guess you could just cut it down. I would buy another, but probably won't need to, this one is sturdy l.
A sturdy pouch with true US M81 woodland. Spacious and easily fits all IFAK bleeding control supplies. Nice pocket for an externally stored TQ. Love it!
Got the Sidewing H3 for my Haley Strategic chest rig, going to be placing a radio pouch on it. Can not say enough good things about it. Also running an Aptum T-Bag, this thing is huge. Will hold all the medical you need for sure, with room for more stuff if needed. Just found this company and glad I did. They are making some great gear at much lower price points.
Well constructed, lightweight and the Multicam arid pattern looks fantastic! Great pouch at a phenomenal price and sized for exactly what I needed it for.

Oh... quality is great. I like the tourniquet holder at the bottom.
This is the second one purchased. The first was arid... so "yesterday" style ; ) That was two years ago and lots of wet, dust, hot, cold, dragging around, etc. It still looks good and zipper is solid.
