Couldn’t be happier. The size is perfect for the way your Typical NAR dressings/chest seals/gauze/ect ect are packaged. For a belt set up it is comfortable and not obnoxious in size. External TQ is a plus. Simple and effective.
When I first ordered it, I was worried it would be too thin and not hold enough of my med prep. I am really stoked though, it stretches, holds tight and can actually fit a TON of stuff in it. I have multiple chest seals, bandages, packing gauze, tape, quick clot, ect ect, all sorts of stuff!
Excellent low profile ifak. Super compact but yet hold some of my essentials including 2 chest seals, Israeli bandage, 2 quick clots, triangular bandage and a nasal airway. I especially love the tourniquet pouch on the bottom that’s easy to access. Would recommend.
This is exactly what I was looking for. The pouch is light and thin. I've had rip-away pouches in the past but they were always bulky because of all the layers of nylon. The use of laser cut nylon and mounting straps makes this very low profile. The cummerbund that I have is structured with tegris and sandwiched between laser cut nylon layers. This makes for a tight fit for molle straps, but these laser cut ones from beez slipped through with no issues. This is the new standard.
Mt IFAK is a basic kit. It holds: 1x combat gauze, 1 olaes square bandage, small chest seals, npa. I carry TQs elsewhere on my gear. If you need or want to carry more, this pouch will be too small. My philosophy is "what will somebody else need to save me right now?"
I purchased one for my personal plate carrier, then another for work.
Great quality and size. Fit chest seals, ETD, 2 z-folded gauze and 1 pair gloves inside. The tourniquet holder holds it well without worry of it coming out. Very happy with the purchase.
Great ifak pouch. Love how it has tq strap on bottom. M81 pattern looks great. Shipped way faster than I was expecting. Very pleased will be buying more when I stop being poor.
This is my second review for this pouch. In my first review I believe that I gave it 4 or 5 stars. My only reservation was that it might not hold everything required for a minimalist belt IFAK. I finally got it loaded up and I am happy to say that it holds all (Still in sealed packages) that I hoped: CAT tourniquet, 4" S-rolled gauze, 4" trauma dressing. twin pack of chest seals and a pair of nitrile gloves.

WAY faster than the advertised lead time, that was shocking. Ordered a cummerbund that ended up being a little faster as well, but I ordered this IFAK and it came extremely fast. Molle onto a standard 2 inch 2 piece belt. It’s a little on the smaller side, for those who are familiar with the Trex med1, it’s a tiny bit smaller than that. A med1 fill kit can ALMOST fit into this IFAK but not quite. I just put what did fit in it, and I had the burn bandage and the nasopharyngeal airway tool that wouldn’t fit. But I have a larger dangler with me at all times with those items anyways so not a big deal.
Gridlock system is awesome, pouch is very well made, the m81 pattern looks amazing and the quality of the materials used in the construction are top notch. I only wish it was a tid bit thicker because I can't quite fit certain items in it like an israeli bandage, i just need to find items more compact. It works great with vacuum sealed kit in which you can reach back and pull all the contents out as one and I wqs able to fit the most crucial immediate items in it while carrying a more extensive ifak elsewhere. Holds my tq snug and I don't need to worry about it going anywhere and with a purposeful amount of force I can easily free it.
Love the integral Molle straps, stitching is top notch, and it shipped in less than 2 business days! Couldn’t be happier with BCS, I will be ordering again.
It is well built, but a bit small, i need about an inch more room to get what i want in an IFAK in it. You can totally get some chest seals, combat gauze, catheter, small shears and some rubber gloves in this to go super low pro
Punches above it's weight class (price point) for a small 12 oclock belt IFAK that still lets me sit down comfortably. My only small complaint is I wish the velcro covered the entire flap so I could put taller patches on it for the memes. I'll probably sew a small section myself to accomplish that.
