Fit Notes
Due to the zero-stretch nature of the mesh material, the LMH may feel more fitted than a standard hoodie. The garment is designed with a looser overall cut; however, users between sizes are advised to size up based on the provided sizing chart.
I wore mine at a shooting match the very weekend I got my mesh hoodie. It was hot, humid, and raining on and off throughout the day but there was a light breeze that came through which was chilled as it passed through the mesh, helping keep me cool and comfortable on what would otherwise have been a very unpleasant and sticky day. The mesh hoodie really proved its purpose and quality that day and I'm very happy with mine!
It works well against the interior Alaska mosquitoes. It is cool under a plate carrier, it is low mass and packable. I cannot wait for the bandito mask to arrive!
This thing is the Beez knees.
I have been hounding Beez for more stuff in ATACS for years. As soon as I understood what the LMH was, I knew I needed one in ATACS and contacted Beez. They didn't exist yet but I was able to order one.
After a bit (always fast shipping, always excellent packaging) it arrived. This may be the first production LMH in ATACS ever. It does not disappoint.
One note: it is darker than other ATACS. In one pic it is next to a Beez pack cover and a boonie, both in ATACS ix. I suspect the LMH is darker to compensate for all of the holes, it is kind of like a jersey. When worn it does not seem much darker.
I plan to use it in hot months. It blends with everything from evergreens to tall dead grass. It is very comfortable and easy to wear with gear; LBE and/or a plate carrier.
I love the adjustable cuffs. The hood is comfortable and works with other headgear. Not sure about the pocket but at least it doesn't get in the way.
Buy one. You will not regret it.
Did an exercise recently, 3 participants heat cat but this hoodie kept me cool, protected from insects and direct sun. I don't see it advertised but I'm 90% sure this material is the same material used in the spectralflage. Unknown if it has thermal mitigation benefits. Material is a little stiff and rough on the skin but that's not an issue when used as top layer outerwear.
First off, I would like to talk about the stellar customer service. I asked if he had the product I ordered in stock, and when it wouldn't ship out quick enough for me needing it, I told them no worries ill just purchase later. Did everything in his power to ship it out the same day, and it came fast. Based on this alone, I would 100% reccomend a purchase to anyone who's on the fence. Now the hoodie is excellent. Hot, humid, buggy, swamplands are no match, and im very happy with the product. Customer for life.
Excellent product, matches exactly as described and is well built, the kind of product you have to have instead of settling for milper lowest bidder. Can’t wait to test it out in the desert. Good fit, strong product, easily maintainable by the operator if wear and tear ends up happening down the road.

Absolutely Must have Peice of kit. I pack it nice and tight in my Handwarmer Dangler pouch that I hang from my rear plate bag during summer months. But also wear it every night when in out throwing the ball for the dog. It's lighter weight in the sense that it's breathable but it's made of mid weight tought fabric that's never going to rip on any stickerbushes or branches that it were to get into contact with. It's also very easy to shrub this up to give yourself some more 3 dimensional camoflage when needed. I highly highly recommend it. It not a quick ship item, like everything that comes from Beez, It's made to order and it's made by hand and it's HIGH QUALITY kit. Do yourself a favor and just buy one.
Very well made by someone who clearly has attention to detail. No loose threads. The cut of the mesh is generous enough to be worn over a helmet and any shirt. Despite its name, could easily be used in the winter over an insulated jacket without restricting movement.
